Shipping policy

Nic Pouch UK delivers to United Kingdom only. First time orders may require an adult signature at the point of delivery.

UK orders over the value of £30.00 will be shipped free of charge to mainland UK.

UK orders received before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

Late or Lost orders
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame please let us know and we will investigate. If after 7 working days you have still not received your order, it will be considered lost and you will be entitled to choose between a refund or a duplicate order dispatched free of charge.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail - Tracked 24. At certain times throughout the year you may experience longer delivery times than normal. For example, in the run up to Xmas, extreme weather conditions or industrial action. These events are beyond the control of Nic Pouch UK and we appreciate your patience at these times.

Incorrect address
Orders returned to Nic Pouch UK due to an incomplete or incorrectly entered delivery address may incur additional costs of redelivery. Alternatively, customers may request a refund (less actual delivery costs incurred by Nic Pouch UK).
