Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Nicotine pouches are perishable goods and as such are not strictly eligible for return. However, if within 30 days of delivery you decide for whatever reason, you no longer want or need the items, please contact us.

We cannot refund or exchange products where the seal has been broken.

However, if you find that the product is faulty or you are otherwise unhappy with the condition of any products please contact us immediately for refund or exchange. 

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items or give a refund for sealed products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email at info@nicpouch.co.uk.

Shipping
To return your product, once you have emailed us to arrange the return, you should mail your product to: Nic Pouch UK, Wicklands Farm House, Lewes Road, Little Horsted, Uckfield. TN22 5UF

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost in transit refunds
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame please let us know and we will investigate. If after 7 working days you have still not received your order, it will be considered lost and you will be entitled to choose between a refund or a duplicate order dispatched free of charge.
